hmm... what to write sia.. hmm.. as always.. i dont know how to express myself... anyway here goes.. hmm... i never knew that writing a blog can be this straining when you dont know what to write... Maybe I'll share some expriences i encountered when i went mountain climbing.. haha... maybe a bit boring pls bear with it...
On the first day we reached the foot of the mountain, we were all ethu about the climb even though we were carrying our equipment, food and etc on our back and its not light lo... one bag can easily weight up to 30 - 40 kg lo.. then we began our ascent... the start of a short but nvr ending climb...
First to come was a flight of steps that led us to the waterfall checkpoint but even before we reach the check point one of the guys sprained his leg so some of us had to take his load as well.. but that didnt affect our progress cause he took it bravely and continued the trek.. what followed was the real thing.. Mountain Trail.. it wasn't easy for any of us with our additional loads and lam (the injured guy), but throughout the climb there was lots of encouragement for one another so some how we reached our campsite in 2 hours times.. although it was just 2 hours but it was like eternal for us when we were struggling to just take one more step.. the rest of the day was eat, play, rest and campfire.
The First check point
Second day began with breakfast besides a cloudy sunrise, too bad we couldn't see the egg yolk come out the mountain valley.. we had a heavy breakfast cause it was going to be a long climb to the peak.. hmm.. we had milo, bread, baked beans, mash potato and scramble eggs with mushroom.. we needed to start early cause he was worried that we may not make it back before dark if we started late.. so we left shortly after breakfast.. today we travelled light so it was something to be happy about but it was still a tough trail to walk cause it was getting steeper and steeper.. we took several breaks before reaching the peak, one of them was at a cave, its was said to have some g***ts roaming in this cave but it didn't stop us from playing tarzan... and when we were reaching the peak the air was so good that you can feel the air going down your airpipe into your lungs... i was told that the peak was only 100m from becoming a snow peak.. wat a pity... so there we were at the peak in 4 hours time quite a remarkable feat considering we had a walking wounded.. so we had lunch at the peak, it was just biscuits, milo and mash potatoes, not so fantastic but at least it will keep us going till we reach our campsite..

The return journey was more dangerous, out of the 9 people 4 were injured in one way or another including myself.. most of us sprain our ankle cause its seems that while we were at the peak there was a small drizzle beneath us, resulting in slippery grounds.. but nonetheless we made it back in one piece.. after we've reach it was our favourite time.. dinner time.. then was campfire and sleep.. it was a rainy nite.. and WTH our tent was leaking.. ARGH.. -__-! it was like wetting in your sleep only its the whole body this time.. then we had to use a plastic bag to empty the water efrom our tent but there was something amazing during this ordeal one of the guys was sleeping throughout the thing... AMAZING!!! but still heng ah it happen on the last nite.. tomolo we're packing to go back liao if not without the sleep any climb will be fatal man.. but dont think there will be sunrise cause usually there would be a fog if it rains..
The Peak
3rd and final day on the mountain.. something amazing happened the sky was crispy clear.. we saw the sun rise from the valley and into the blue blue sky.. and we knew that we are going to have a great day ahead.. after breakfast we were going to explore all the waterfalls in the area but after first waterfall it started drizzling so we had to abandon the plan and head back down :( so much for the good start... after lunch we washed up the equipments packed up and left the campsite.. this time we were a lot more careful not to get further injuries so we manage to reach to foot peacefully...
